David Rosenblatt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. David began their career in 1990 with the US Navy, where they served for twenty years as a Naval Flight Officer, Mission Commander, and Intelligence Analyst. During their time in the Navy, Rosenblatt had various roles, including Chief of Staff for a forward-deployed Pacific Fleet reserve unit and maintenance department head responsible for a fleet of jets.
After leaving the Navy, Rosenblatt joined the defense industry and held positions at several prominent companies. David worked at Northrop Grumman as a Systems Development & Technology Marketing Manager, leading business development for an advanced technology division. David also served as a Program Manager and Director of Networked Information Operations at L-3 Communications, where they led a team involved in transitioning a project to a global DoD program.
