Tara also ensured quality control and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Aside from their work in healthcare settings, Tara served as an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University from January 2013 to April 2016.

Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science/Research and Allied Professions from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014.
