Allen Guelas

Allen Guelas is a registered nurse currently working in two positions: at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada since October 2022 and as an intensive care nurse with The Valley Health System since September 2022. Allen has extensive crisis response experience, having worked with Krucial Staffing from April 2020 to March 2022, during which duties included providing services during emergencies. Significant contributions to hurricane relief were made while working with the Louisiana Department of Health in August 2020. Additionally, Allen was involved in COVID-19 crisis responses at multiple healthcare settings, including NYC Health + Hospitals and Southwest General Hospital in 2020. Allen’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Roseman University of Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Prior experience includes roles as a medical scribe and laboratory assistant.
