Jayantha Soysa

Jayantha Soysa has a diverse work experience in the fields of corporate communications, marketing, and advertising. Jayantha currently holds the position of Chief Manager - Corporate Communications at Vallibel Finance, a role they have been fulfilling since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Manager - Corporate Communications at Vallibel Finance from April 2018 to April 2022.

Before joining Vallibel Finance, Jayantha worked as an Assistant Manager - Marketing (Heading the Marketing & Branding) at Fintrex Finance Ltd from October 2014 to April 2018. Jayantha also gained experience at Softlogic Finance PLC as an Assistant Manager, where their responsibilities included managing ATL and BTL promotions, corporate image building campaigns, tie-ups for lending, and savings campaigns. Jayantha worked with ATL and BTL agencies and implemented savings products during their tenure at Softlogic Finance from December 2013 to September 2014.

Jayantha began their career at LB Finance PLC, where they started as an Executive in August 2010 and was promoted to the role of Senior Executive in May 2012. Jayantha worked in various capacities at LB Finance until November 2013. Prior to LB Finance, they briefly worked as an Executive at Grant McCann Erickson from April 2010 to August 2010.

Jayantha Soysa's education history is as follows:

From 1992 to 2005, they attended Royal College Colombo 07 in Sri Lanka, completing their education from Form Year 1 to 13.

In 2006, they enrolled in ACBT and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.

Jayantha also attended Edith Cowan University during the same years, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Management.

Additionally, they acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from ACBT with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.

In 2009, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

In 2013-2014, Jayantha attended Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management.

During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. The field of study for this degree is unspecified.
