Steven Carroll

Steven Carroll is an experienced Operations Manager at Vallum Projects since August 2023, previously serving as Construction Manager at Antagrade Electrical Ltd from August 2021 to August 2023, overseeing high voltage, low voltage, testing, and commissioning operatives on rail infrastructure projects in the UK. Steven has a solid background in project engineering, with significant roles including Senior Project Engineer in the E&P renewals team at Amey, where involvement included various high and low voltage projects during the GRIP stages 3-8.
