Ben Arves

Ben Arves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the paper industry, currently serving as a Product Manager at Valmet since August 2014. In this role, Ben collaborates with customers to address winder equipment challenges and explore upgrade options. Progressing through various positions at Valmet, including Senior Application Engineer and Mechanical Service Engineer, responsibilities have encompassed managing complex projects and coordinating internal efforts to estimate project scopes and pricing. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Engineer co-op at Kohler Co. and a Quality/Safety Intern at MECA & Technology Machine, Inc. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison, obtained in 2014, following high school education at Green Bay Southwest High School.
