Nick Hapka

Nick Hapka is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Valmet since June 2014. With expertise in project management, cost reduction, and supply quality improvement through Lean Six Sigma techniques, Nick has effectively managed projects from acquisition to procurement. Previous roles at Valmet included serving as a Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Designer, where contributions involved creating 3D models and designing enhanced machine parts. Prior experience includes a drafting internship at Pierce Manufacturing and various roles at Hapka Contracting Inc. where project management and logistical skills were developed. Nick holds a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Design Technology from Fox Valley Technical College.
