Jens-Peter Schumann is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the glass and plastic industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Composite at VALMIERA GLASS GROUP since April 2021, Jens-Peter has managed sales operations for one of Europe's leading glass fiber manufacturers. Prior to this, Jens-Peter held significant roles including Sales Director for Extruded Products at DS Smith, International Sales Marketing Director at AMC AG, and Sales Director for VETROTEX Europe at Saint-Gobain. Additional experience includes managerial positions at ISRA Surface Vision, Klöckner Pentaplast, and Kalle Pentaplast GmbH, where responsibilities spanned sales, marketing, and technical service across diverse market sectors. Jens-Peter's career began with a marketing and sales traineeship at Hoechst Argentia SA, focusing on engineering plastics and films.
