Pavels Ribakovs

Pavels Ribakovs is an experienced purchasing officer at VALMIERA GLASS GROUP since June 2021. As the founder of GoRollerski.com, an online store specializing in rollerskiing equipment, Pavels has been actively involved in retail since May 2020. Previous roles include auditor at PwC from September 2020 to June 2021 and founder and co-owner of Servix.lv, a startup venture from February 2019 to February 2020. Pavels served as purchasing manager at Lode Group from May 2014 to January 2019, where significant reductions in procurement prices and maintenance costs were achieved. A former professional cross-country skier, Pavels represented the Latvian Ski Federation from September 2008 to May 2014, participating in various World Ski Championships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Vidzemes Augstskola and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Latvijas Universitate.
