Ian Thomson

Ian Thomson currently serves as the National Sales Manager at Valneva since 2023. Prior to this role, Ian held the same title at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) from 2021 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team and managing key national strategic accounts. Ian's experience also includes serving as Regional Business Manager at Sanofi Pasteur from 2017 to 2021, leading a successful sales team in South Wales and the South West, achieving consistent top performance with notable team accolades. Previously, Ian held a similar position at Sanofi Pasteur MSD from 1996 to December 2016, earning multiple Regional Business Manager of the Year awards and maintaining a strong sales record as a Regional Account Manager and Field Coach. Ian Thomson graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology and Geography from the University of Plymouth.
