Kari Sarlin currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Valohai since June 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Microsoft from January 2012 to June 2022, including Client Technology Lead and Service Delivery Manager. Before joining Microsoft, they worked at Logica as a Service Manager and at IBM Global Services as a Service Delivery Manager and Team Leader. Kari started their career at IBM/Poolia Oy in February 2004 as a CSC Delivery Manager and Helpdesk Agent & Team Leader. They graduated from Amiedu in 2006 with a vocational qualification in Information Technology.
