Ward Huseth has over 25 years of experience in various financial and leadership roles. Ward started their career at Deloitte, where they worked as an Audit and Assurance Manager for six years. After that, they served as the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at eCollege, overseeing accounting and SEC reporting. Ward also led the integration of an acquisition during their time there. Following eCollege, Huseth joined Knowledge Learning Corporation, where they held the position of VP and Chief Financial Officer for School Partnerships. In this role, they managed finance functions and facilitated M&A opportunities. Ward then became the CFO and Investment Partner at Charter School Growth Fund, a venture capital firm focused on investing in high-performing school organizations. Huseth later joined Great Hearts Academies as their Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the growth and development of their charter schools. Additionally, they served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer during their tenure. After leaving Great Hearts, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Dental Marketing and Management Group, where they played a key role in expanding the company's operations. Huseth then served as the Chief Operating Officer at Veeya, a Managed Service Provider that offers cloud, network, and security services to schools and multi-site enterprises. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Growth and Development Officer at Valor Education, a charter school network focused on providing a classical liberal arts education. Huseth is responsible for overseeing Valor's growth and development, including the opening of new schools in different locations.

Ward Huseth began their education at Verona High from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a BBA in Accounting.
