Imants Horsts is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database management, system analysis, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Database Manager at the State Land Service of Latvia since May 2020, Imants Horsts also holds the position of Senior Developer PHP / DB at Saasty, focusing on creating web applications and SaaS products. In addition, Imants Horsts has been a Member of the Board at DS Development, SIA since September 2012, overseeing various aspects of project management and system support. Previously, Imants Horsts worked as a Lead System Analyst in the IT department of the State Land Service of Latvia from 1998 to 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Latvijas Universitate.
