Biljana Bozhinovska

Biljana Bozhinovska has over 19 years of work experience in the field of IT security. Biljana currently serves as the Global Security Team Lead at Valtech. Prior to this, they worked at Makedonski Telekom AD for nearly 14 years, where they held various roles including Head of Cyber and Data Security Unit and Senior IT Security Operations Specialist. Biljana'sresponsibilities included administering and designing IT security systems, mitigating cyber attacks, maintaining data integrity and protection, and project management.

Biljana Bozhinovska completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer technology, informatics, and automatics at the Faculty of Electical Engineering in Skopje from 1998 to 2003. Biljana then pursued further education at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Networks - Internet of Things from 2020 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Biljana Bozhinovska has obtained various certifications related to information and network security from institutions such as (ISC)², HP, EC-Council, Cisco, and IBM.
