Diane Cuthbertson

Diane Cuthbertson has extensive work experience in the real estate appraisal industry. Diane has held various roles throughout their career, including as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Giant Real Estate Appraisers from 2012 to 2013, at GS Gordon Appraisals from 2012 to 2018, and at Home and Hearth Appraisals, LLC from 2012 to 2020. Most recently, they served as the SVP of QC and a Review Appraiser at Valuation Services AMC, LLC starting in 2020. Diane is grateful for the mentorship and guidance they received from Leonard "Bud" Gabriel at Giant Real Estate Appraisers, which allowed their to obtain their residential real estate appraisal certification.

Diane Cuthbertson obtained a Certificate in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Bucks County Community College in 2011.
