Alex Mannion

Alex Mannion is an experienced professional in project controls and cost estimation, currently serving as an Owner's Representative at Parametrix since June 2022 and as a Project Controls Specialist at Value Management Strategies, Inc. since April 2019. With expertise in estimating, scheduling, risk analysis, and value engineering, Alex has contributed to projects valued from hundreds of thousands to multiple billions of dollars. Previously, at HMS Inc from 2016 to March 2019, Alex developed comprehensive construction cost estimates for over 100 projects across Alaska, Washington, and Japan, and created conceptual cost analysis models for construction planning in remote areas and energy modeling. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
