Dan Bersagui has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Walmart, where they were responsible for an A to Z recruitment operation focused on marketing, sales, and business roles. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Lead Recruiter at Positive Hand, a recruitment agency providing services in Latin America. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end hiring for their tech-industry clients in Brazil and Argentina. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at KOBE, a global software house. In this role, they were the first employee in their Talent Acquisition team and was responsible for partnering with their PMs and COO to address their hiring needs and hiring capacity. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Lead Recruiter at WeAreKeen | Talent Partners, an RPO with talent hubs in Amsterdam and Berlin. In this role, they were responsible for supporting a team of business and tech recruiters while attending meetings with their clients to discuss their recruiter's performance and deliveries. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Tech Recruiter EMEA at Otter, a SaaS B2B that integrates all delivery solutions in one platform. Lastly, from 2022 to 2023, they worked as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at ValueBlue, a market leader in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation.
Dan Bersagui has a well-rounded educational background. Dan began their studies in 2012, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from ULBRA. Dan then moved on to Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2019. In 2020, they completed a Master's degree in Business and Management from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Currently, they are pursuing a Microdegree in Project Management from London Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
