Temitope Isaac Ajijola

Temitope Isaac Ajijola has held various positions throughout their work experience. Temitope Isaac began their career as the Head of Client Services at Fodatek Ventures Limited from 2000 to 2003. Temitope Isaac then worked as a Project Coordinator at Easy Duzit Ltd from 2004 to 2005, where they managed logistics for meetings and stakeholder events. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an IT-Business Analyst at Dunlop Nigeria Plc, implementing SAGE 500 and maintaining the company's IT stability and security. Temitope Isaac then worked at Arik Air from 2008 to 2014, taking on the role of Manager IT - Projects, overseeing the migration of the company's Business Systems and managing various IT projects. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Business Project Manager at Emirates, handling project management and solutions delivery within their technology division. Starting in 2017, they joined 360 Aviation Services as a Principal Consultant, providing project management expertise and advice on passenger service and business solutions. Currently, they are the Head of Business Program & IT Delivery at ValueJet, leading the alignment of IT strategies with the company's business objectives and managing a cross-functional team.

Temitope Isaac Ajijola has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Temitope Isaac later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from SBS Swiss Business School in 2016. In 2013, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Acuity Institute. Additionally, in 2010, they received a PMP certification in Project Management from Albert & Benjamin Ross. Temitope Isaac has also obtained additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2023, a Professional Scrum Master certification from Specialise Management Group in 2018, and a Diploma in Strategic Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2018.
