Lucinda F.

Lucinda F. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. Lucinda is currently working at Valve as the VP of Product Management since May 2023. Prior to that, Lucinda founded and owned TheProdBox Mentoring & Consulting in November 2020. Lucinda also served as the Head of Product at Aptitude Software from September 2021 to January 2023.

Before Aptitude Software, Lucinda worked at BigHand, where they held the position of Head of Product from April 2019 to September 2021, and Products Lead from February 2018 to April 2019. Lucinda's earlier experience includes working at Allocate Software, where they held various product management roles from January 2011 to February 2018, including International Product Management Lead, Principal Product Development Manager, Senior Product Owner, Product Owner, and Assistant Product Manager.

Before joining Allocate Software, Lucinda worked as a Marketing Executive at TBG Learning from February 2010 to November 2010.

Lucinda F. earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology with Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007. Lucinda then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from the same university, completing it in 2008.
