Logan Penticuff has a diverse work experience in various industries. Logan started their career as an Executive Functioning Skills Trainer at the Kelly Autism Program, where they worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Logan then worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Western Kentucky University, conducting research on the effects of Terror Management Theory and ostracism.

Logan later joined the Kentucky Innovation Network as an Executive Assistant and Business Consultant, assisting local companies and students in building their own businesses. Logan then worked as an Operations and Technology Supervisor at Eastern Kentucky University, supervising students and troubleshooting technological issues.

Following that, Logan joined Johnson & Johnson as a Production Planning Analyst II, overseeing inventory management and capacity planning. Logan then joined LENSAR, Inc. as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, responsible for purchasing and planning medical devices.

Logan then joined Stryker, where they held two roles. Firstly, they worked as a Global Demand Planning Lead, ensuring accurate demand planning and analyzing disparities between the net requirement plan and demand plan. Later, they became an Associate Manager, Portfolio and Product Introduction, responsible for developing and executing product lifecycle strategies.

Currently, Logan is working at Valvoline Global Operations as a Product Strategy Manager. In this role, they lead product category strategy, manages product portfolio profitability, and drives the development process from ideation to commercialization.

Throughout their career, Logan has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, strategic planning, product development, and business consulting.

Logan Penticuff earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University in the years 2009 to 2013. Later, in the years 2015 to 2016, Logan pursued further education at Eastern Kentucky University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management.
