Benjamin Tyler Sargent

Benjamin Tyler Sargent, MBA, currently serves as Sales Manager for the English Caribbean at Valvoline Global Operations since March 2023, after an extensive tenure at Valvoline Inc. beginning in September 2013, where positions included Sales Manager for Caribbean, Territory Business Manager for Caribbean, and Inside Sales for Caribbean. Responsibilities included developing and monitoring annual sales plans, enhancing sales mix, executing promotions, and driving profit in the Caribbean region. Prior experience includes serving as Global Trade Export Processor, where responsibilities encompassed managing export fulfillment processes and inside sales promotions in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, and as Export Coordinator at Alltech Inc., assisting logistics management. Benjamin holds an MBA in Finance from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Georgetown College.
