Hardik Anand has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. HARDIK currently serves as the Head of Marketing Communications at Valvoline Inc., starting in August 2021. Prior to this role, they were an AVP & Client Servicing Director at Wunderman Thompson from July 2019 to July 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, Hardik worked at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide as a Client Services Director, where they handled key clients such as Facebook, Nestle, Red FM, Airtel, and IndusInd Bank. HARDIK'sresponsibilities included managing Red FM's mainline and digital communication, handling Nestle's communication on all platforms, and overseeing communication for Facebook's B2B initiatives.

Before joining J. Walter Thompson, Hardik worked at Tata Docomo as a Marketing Manager-Brand from 2010 to 2015. In this role, they acted as the brand custodian for Tata Docomo and Tata Photon, leading ATL and BTL communication, developing concept to communication strategies, and managing regional marketing initiatives.

Prior to Tata Docomo, Hardik worked at Idea Cellular Ltd, executing national and circle-specific marketing communication campaigns. HARDIK also gained execution and market planning skills in this role.

Hardik's career began at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in 2007, where they handled brands like Airtel DTH, Timex, Big 92.7 FM, Monte Carlo, and NACO. HARDIK started with smaller brands and quickly moved to work on the launch of Airtel DTH.

Additionally, Hardik gained experience in public relations at Genesis Burson Marsteller from 2006 to 2007.

Hardik Anand completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2005 to 2008. HARDIK also pursued a Postgraduate degree in Advertising and Marketing from Rajender Prasad Institute of Communication during 2005-2006. Prior to that, they obtained their undergraduate degree (B.Com) from Delhi University in 2004 and completed their 12th grade in Commerce from Navyug School. Additionally, Hardik Anand holds various certifications including Facebook Certified Creative Strategy Professional from Facebook in March 2021, as well as several online marketing certifications obtained from Lynda.com in December 2016.
