Jonathan Bickett

Jonathan Bickett has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan worked at Valvoline Inc. from 2016, starting as a Project Manager/Business Analyst and later becoming an IT Business Consultant Project Manager/Scrum Master. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Product Manager (Customer Facing Technology). Prior to that, they worked at Ashland from 2006 to 2016, where they gained experience in roles such as Retail Point of Sale-Systems Specialist and Integrated Applications-Systems Specialist. Jonathan also worked at Bluegrass Community and Technical College as an Adjunct Professor starting in 2013. Jonathan began their career at the University of Kentucky as a Lab Consultant in 2003, later transitioning into the role of Student Manager from 2004 to 2006.

Jonathan Bickett obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Decision Science and Information Systems from the University of Kentucky in the period of 2002-2006. In addition, they obtained a certification as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2022.
