In addition, Josh also worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, where they initiated and negotiated acquisitions. Josh also served as the OEM Technical Manager and Chair of API Lubricants Group, Technical Manager for Engine Lubricants, Laboratory Manager, Manager of C&I Engineering and Technical Service, and C&I Technical Service Engineer at Valvoline Inc. Before joining Valvoline, they worked as a Business Specialist at Kirby Risk and as a National Account Manager/Field Sales Engineer at Rockwell Automation.
