Steve Elder

Steve Elder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Steve started their career at CLARK Material Handling Company as the Director of Dealer Development, where they managed dealer agreements and established company-owned direct market dealerships. In 2002, they joined Valvoline as a Manager of Planning Analysis and later became the General Manager for South America, leading the development of all Valvoline businesses in the region. Steve then moved to Ashland Inc. as the Director of Business Analysis, Supply Chain, where they streamlined reporting and analysis and worked on financial reporting redesign. Currently, they are the Director of Finance - Latin America at Valvoline Inc., overseeing finance operations in the region.

Steve Elder holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Kentucky.
