Marcel Prokott

Marcel Prokott started their career in 2010 as a Working Student at Aroundhome. Marcel then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Project Manager & Teamlead HR Administration, and eventually became the Director of Business Development & HR Operations. During this time, they were responsible for the establishment of the Business Development department, the restructuring of sales departments, and the leadership of HR Operations. In 2022, Marcel briefly worked as an Interim Chief Operating Officer at hiral GmbH. In 2023, they joined Valyria as the Head of People & Culture. Additionally, in 2022, Marcel worked as a Systemic Personal and Business Coach.

Marcel Prokott attended Quadriga University of Applied Sciences from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued a Zertifikat (in Ausbildung) in Systemic Business Coaching. Prior to that, they studied at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2006 to 2012, but the specific degree and field of study are not available. In 2010 to 2011, Marcel received a Zertifikat in HR Manager from Deutsche Akademie für Management.
