Patricia Farrell-Cole

Patricia (Patty) Farrell-Cole is an accomplished professional in organizational innovation and learning with extensive experience in higher education and corporate training. Currently serving as the Organization Innovation and Learning Manager at the Van Andel Institute since May 2015, Patricia leads the development of people-centric programs for a diverse workforce, implements internal climate surveys, and enhances organizational culture. Previously, as the owner of P.L. Farrell: Educational Consultant, Patricia contributed to research on student success in Hispanic-Serving Institutions. Patricia held significant roles such as Director of University Relations and Policy Research at the Presidents Council of State Universities of Michigan and Executive Director of the Association for the Study of Higher Education. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Higher, Adult, & Lifelong Education from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Organizational & Adult Learning from The University of New Mexico.
