Irene Battaglia

Irene Battaglia is a Senior Engineering Analyst at Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC, with expertise in municipal engineering, asset management planning, and regulatory compliance, particularly within stormwater management and New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) projects. As a Planning Board Member for the Borough of Rocky Hill, Irene contributes to the Historic Preservation Application review subcommittee and has held various leadership roles, including Council President and Finance Committee Chair.
