Jana Shearer

Jana Shearer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jana worked as an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Operations at Van Daele Homes starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Toyota Financial Services from 2012 to 2020, where they held the position of Sr. Retail and Lease Administrator. In this role, they supported field sales and profit objectives, developed lease programs and incentives, and updated existing programs and tools for the field. From 2019 to 2020, Jana worked at Kaiser Permanente in Appointment Services. Additionally, they owned and operated their own business called Shearer Perfection from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they owned KFD INC from 2018 to 2019. Jana's earliest work experience was at Toyota Financial Services from 2008 to 2012, where they worked as a Credit Analyst. In this role, they led various teams and oversaw credit investigations, contract analysis, and decision rehash on retail and lease offerings.
