Tim Fisher has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction and television industries. Tim started their career as an Intern/Assistant Project Manager at the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency in 1995 and worked there until 1997. In 1999, they joined Lennar as a Land Development Manager/Land Development Superintendent until 2001. From 2002 to 2003, they worked at Guangzhou Practical English as an Editor/Promoter/Teacher. In 2003, they briefly worked at Kunming Educational Television as a Television Program Host. In 2004, they joined Pulte Homes as a Land Project Manager/Contracts & Estimating Manager, Land and worked there until 2015. Currently, they are employed at Van Daele Homes as a Senior Project Manager, a position they have held since October 2015.
Tim Fisher attended Fudan University from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Chinese with a focus on C-Level language. Prior to that, they attended the National University of Singapore from 1997 to 1999, earning a Master of Science degree in Project Management. Tim also pursued a Master of Science degree in Land Development from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 1996 to 1998. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
