Kyle Harris

Kyle Harris is currently the Director at van den Boom & Associates. Prior to this, they were with Ernst & Young for eight years, where they started as an intern in 2011 and worked their way up to Consulting Manager - Finance. In this role, they facilitated organizational change through RPA and predictive analytics on cash flow forecasting to enhance how work is executed across finance organization of a Fortune 500 company. Kyle has strong project management skills and management soft skills to motivate global teams to deliver strong value and monitor performance to ensure there was never a deadline missed. Primarily led global accounting teams and automation development teams in India.

Kyle Harris began their educational career at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Kyle then continued their education at the same school, earning a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance. Finally, they obtained certification from the AICPA as a Certified Public Accountant.
