Senior Project Manager Exhibitions at Van Gogh Museum

Renske Brinkman is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in exhibitions and art management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Exhibitions at the Van Gogh Museum since March 2024, Renske oversees significant exhibitions, including "Matthew Wong l Vincent van Gogh: Painting as a Last Resort" and "Anselm Kiefer - Sag mir wo die Blumen sind." Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager for Exhibitions at the Rijksmuseum from August 2015 to February 2024, managing notable projects such as "Vermeer" and "Rembrandt - Velázquez". Renske has also held positions such as International Project Manager at Het Nieuwe Instituut and Project Manager at Premsela, Dutch Platform for Design and Fashion, and has a background in grants coordination at The Netherlands Architecture Fund. Renske's academic credentials include dual Master's degrees in Cultural Studies (Art Management) and Art History (Contemporary Art) from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by foundational training in Fine Art at HKU.
