Norbert Lax

Norbert Lax is a seasoned project manager at Van Happen Containers since 2013, specializing in sustainability, partnerships, and communication while promoting sustainable growth towards a circular economy. Lax has held various leadership roles including Head of Transport at Van Happen Containers, focused on enhancing service quality and efficiency, and Head of Sales for the internal sales department at Smink Groep, where Lax was instrumental in establishing a comprehensive sales process. Previous experience includes being a Total Care advisor at Afvalstoffen Terminal Moerdijk, Sales and Marketing Manager at Orgaworld, and multiple positions within the Van Vliet Groep, ranging from Head of Inside Sales to Account Manager. Lax holds a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
