Pieter Corijn

Pieter Corijn began their work experience in 1993 as an Advocaat at ScheerSanders advocaten. Pieter then moved on to Krans & van Hilten Advocaten, where they worked as an Advocaat from 1998 to 2000. After that, they joined Staalbankiers as a Senior Counsel from 2000 to 2006. Pieter then joined Robeco, where they held various roles including Senior Counsel, Director, and a role in the Management Team Robeco Retail from 2006 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Van Lanschot Kempen as a Lead Expert - Legal starting from 2023.

Pieter Corijn's education history is as follows:

Pieter Corijn attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden from 1980 to 1987 for their secondary education. Pieter then attended Leiden University from 1987 to 1993, where they studied Civil Law. In 1992, they briefly attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, focusing on International Business Contracts.

In 2001 to 2002, Corijn returned to Radboud University and completed a program in Loans & Collateral at the Grotius Academy. Pieter also attended Radboud University in 2007 to pursue the Grotius Academy program in Securities Law.

From 2012 to 2014, Corijn took part in the Talent Program Robeco at Boertien Vergouwen Overduin. In 2016 to 2017, they attended ESMT Berlin for the Global Executive Leadership program.

Most recently, between 2020 and 2022, Corijn studied at the Nederlands Compliance Instituut to become a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) in the field of study Leergang Compliance Professional.
