Dawson Porter

Dawson Porter has a diverse work experience with various roles in different industries. Dawson started as an Intern at the Maryland House of Delegates in 2017. In 2019, they served as a Digital Marketing Intern at the Rocky Mountain Institute and later became the Public Relations Chair at Pi Kappa Alpha - Lambda Omega Chapter. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at the Coalition for Rainforest Nations and as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at the State of Maryland until 2022. Dawson also had DJ roles at Bond Street Social and The Point. Recently, they joined AT&T's B2B Sales Development Program as an Account Executive in 2022, and they are currently working as an Account Executive at Van Wagner.

Dawson Porter is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Towson University. Dawson is expected to complete their degree in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Dawson has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in April 2022. These certifications include "Marketing: Copywriting for Social Media," "Negotiating Your Job Offer," "Rock Your LinkedIn Profile," and "Salesforce Essential Training."
