Marc Bick

Marc Bick has extensive experience in the broadcasting and technical engineering field. Marc began their career in 1997, working as a Video Technician for the Miami Dolphins and the Florida Marlins. In these roles, they served as a Director, Technical Director, Tape Operator, and Camera Operator.

In 2002, Marc joined Van Wagner as a Broadcast Engineer and Technical Manager. Marc then moved on to X Tech Video in 2007, where they worked as a Broadcast Engineer and Technical Specialist. Here, they provided customized services for live events and broadcasts, specializing in press conferences. Their responsibilities included broadcast engineering, technical management, video editing, directing/technical directing, video recording/file management, video playback, image magnification, digital signage, and event photography.

Marc also gained extensive experience as a Freelance Video Engineer and Video Technician. Marc worked on various projects, including camera operation and PowerPoint operation.

From 2012 to 2014, Marc worked at Sure Shot Teleproductions as a Mobile Unit Broadcast Engineer, overseeing remote operations, engineering, and providing excellent customer service. Marc was responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and directing the activities of crew members.

Marc then joined Live Media Group, LLC in 2015 as a Mobile Unit Broadcast Engineer. Here, they managed all aspects of mobile production facilities' engineering operations at remote events, including audio, video, and transmission. Marc coordinated client needs prior to broadcast and executed their expectations on-site. Marc worked with clients such as ESPN, CBS, Fox Sports, and Yahoo.

In 2016, Marc began working as a Freelance Mobile Unit Broadcast Engineer, managing all aspects of mobile unit broadcasts and providing technical support at remote events. Marc performed preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prepared technical reports at the conclusion of each event.

From 2017 to 2020, Marc worked at IMS Productions as a Mobile Unit Broadcast Engineer. Marc managed all aspects of mobile production facilities' engineering operations at remote events, including audio, video, and transmission. Marc coordinated client needs prior to broadcast and executed their expectations on-site, working with clients such as CBS Sports Network, NBC, CBC, and PBR.

Currently, Marc is employed at Turner Sports as a Broadcast Technical Manager, starting in October 2021.

Marc Bick attended Broward College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an A.A. degree in Television Production. Following this, they enrolled at Florida International University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Television Production.
