Chad Siedsma

Chad Siedsma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chad started their career in 2002 at American TV, where they served as the Lead Installation Supervisor. In this role, they directed operations and supervised a team of technicians to ensure efficient project completion and high-quality service.

From 2012 to 2014, Chad worked at Technology By Design, Inc. as an Executive Sales Consultant. Chad managed client accounts, expanded the client base, and acted as a project manager during the installation of customized audio and video systems.

Chad joined Exec 1 Aviation in 2015 and held multiple roles within the company. As a Flight Coordinator, they supervised and scheduled a group of pilots and arranged flight logistics to maximize efficiency. Chad then became the Charter Manager, leading a team and achieving significant growth in charter revenue. Finally, they served as a Captain, responsible for piloting flights.

Most recently, since 2020, Chad has been working at Van Wall Equipment as the Chief Pilot. In this role, they track, coordinates, and schedules maintenance for the fleet's aircraft, schedules flights and accommodations for trips, and allocates the appropriate aircraft for each trip.

From 2012 to 2018, Chad Siedsma pursued their education at Utah Valley University, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, with a focus on the general field of study.
