Abhiranjan Rai

Abhiranjan Rai has extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Abhiranjan co-founded Vanator in 2018 and served as the Director of Delivery for AMER, EMEA, and APAC. In this role, they helped clients improve their recruitment processes through training services. Prior to Vanator, Abhiranjan was the Head of Recruitment and Delivery at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Abhiranjan was responsible for prioritizing clients, allocating work, and assigning mandates to talent hunters. Abhiranjan also held roles as a Recruitment Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter at the same company. Before that, Abhiranjan worked as a Technical Recruiter at GCB Services, where they specialized in IT and telecommunications engineering requirements. Abhiranjan has strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and is experienced in recruiting various types of professionals.

Abhiranjan Rai completed their Bachelor's degree in B.COM from Lucknow University, Lucknow, from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA-HR from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, from 2010 to 2012.
