Frank Scaffa

Frank Scaffa has extensive experience in property management and construction. Frank currently serves as the Head of Property Management and Construction at Vanbarton Group LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm. Prior to that, they held the role of VP, Capital Planning and Construction Management at WeWork.

Earlier in their career, Scaffa worked at SL Green Realty Corp. as a VP, Portfolio Manager, where they were responsible for asset management, financial reporting, property management, construction management, and energy management for a commercial portfolio of 10 properties. Frank also worked at Rockefeller Group as a Portfolio Property Manager, overseeing design and construction, capital improvements, property management, and facilities operations for Barclays Capital.

Scaffa held positions at Empire State Realty Trust, Brookfield Properties, and Trinity Wall Street, where they gained experience in property operations, engineering, and construction management. At Trinity Wall Street, they played a crucial role in repositioning light industrial space into a class A office portfolio, collaborating with various stakeholders and managing construction operations.

Frank Scaffa began their education in 1996 at the State University of New York Maritime College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in FACE Mechanical Engineering. Frank completed their degree in 2000. Frank then furthered their education by attending New York University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Real Estate Finance and Investment.

In addition to their degrees, Frank Scaffa obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they acquired the EPA 608 - Universal CFC License from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The following year, in 2005, they obtained the RPA - Real Property Administrator certification from BOMI International. In 2006, Frank obtained the Licensed Real Estate Broker certification from the New York State Department of Labor. Finally, in 2008, they gained the Project Management Professional certification from New York University.
