Cindy Loo-Garcia

Cindy Loo-Garcia is an experienced professional in education and client services, currently serving as the ASAP Client Services Manager at Vanco since June 2000. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Client Services Manager and worked at Santa Clara Adult Education from 1991 to 2000 as an Adult Diploma Specialist and Head Counselor. Earlier career experience includes serving as an ESL and HSD Teacher at Santa Clara Adult Education from 1985 to 1988 and as a 6th Grade Teacher at Gonzales Union Elementary SD, Fairview Middle School from 1981 to 1985. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of San Francisco.
