Elizabeth Armstrong

Elizabeth Armstrong is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Corporate Communications at Vancouver Coastal Health since July 2022. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Senior Consultant Communications at Fraser Health Authority from March 2019 to July 2022 and served as the Communications Lead for the BC Children’s and BC Women’s Redevelopment Project with the Provincial Health Services Authority from November 2017 to January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Strategist at Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre, Manager of Stakeholder Relations and Outreach at the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and various positions in marketing and communications at Chippery Inc., Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, Molson Coors Canada, and Nova Group. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lakehead University and a post-graduate degree in Public Relations with honours from Humber College.
