Nicole Jantzi

Nicole Jantzi has a background in Psychology and holds various leadership roles in recruitment, workforce strategy, and compensation & benefits at Vancouver Coastal Health and Vancouver Hospital & Health Sciences Centre. Nicole has been with Vancouver Coastal Health since May 2001, starting as the Leader of Recruitment & Retention and currently serving as the Director of Executive & Medical Staff Talent Acquisition and Director of Workforce Strategy & Special Projects. Prior to this, Nicole was a Team Leader in Total Compensation & Recognition at Vancouver Hospital & Health Sciences Centre. Additionally, Nicole was a Compensation & Benefits Officer at the same organization.
