M.o.m. Sandra Glendinning

Sandra Glendinning, M.O.M., has over 28 years of experience with the Vancouver Police Department, currently serving as an Inspector in the Operations Division and previously as the Director of Public Affairs in the Office of the Chief Constable. Sandra has held various roles including Staff Sergeant and Sergeant in the Operations Division, as well as positions in the Professional Standards Section, Major Crime Section, and Canine Unit, where Sandra specialized in narcotic and firearms detection and served as an expert witness in criminal court proceedings. Additionally, Sandra contributed as a Police Peer Support Member for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc., and was a columnist for The Vancouver Sun, focusing on traffic safety and police dog experiences.
