Michael D'Agostino

Michael D'Agostino is a seasoned soccer coach and entrepreneur currently serving as the First Team Head Assistant Coach at Vancouver Whitecaps FC, alongside roles as Assistant Coach for various youth levels, including U23, U19, U14, and U15. As a founding partner of Urban Soccer Centre and TOCA Canada, D'Agostino focuses on integrating technology with soccer training to enhance individual player development. With a strong background in coaching, D'Agostino co-founded the Vancouver Futsal Association and held significant positions at North Vancouver Football Club, including Technical Director, Academy Director, and Head of the Centre of Excellence. D'Agostino's coaching experience extends to various clubs such as Mountain United Football Club and TSS Academy. In addition to coaching, D'Agostino has a background as a professional soccer player and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership from The University of British Columbia, following earlier degrees in International Business and Commerce.
