Additionally, Ernie Buchanan holds the position of Medical Director at CRMC Home Health since April 2018 and has been a member of the Board of Trustees at CRMC since April 2016. In April 2015, Ernie Buchanan began serving as Regional Medical Director for the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network in Cookeville.
