Laury Forrest

Laury has been recruiting in the Western half of the US for nearly 20 years. Although she has a depth of experience in IT, Finance, and Engineering, Engineering roles are her passion. She believes engineering is woven throughout so many areas of everyday life, and Engineers make a positive impact on the world. Overall, she enjoys interacting with and meeting new people – and recruiting is her ideal job! The fast-paced nature of this industry means no two days are the same, so there’s endless opportunity to learn. Her greatest sense of fulfillment comes from helping a business find their next team member and helping a candidate find a job they love!
