LaTara Jeffers has a diverse work experience. LaTara began their career in 2008 as an Estate Manager/Personal Assistant for a Private Residence, where they were responsible for tenant relations and end to end property management functions. In 2018, they were the Owner/Project and Event Coordinator for Veganish, where they worked closely with holistic doctors to determine holistic treatments to heal the body through food, and increased sales year over year by leveraging referencable accounts to build credibility and introducing new sales tools and marketing collateral. In 2019, they began working as a Business Marketing Strategist for On Purpose Consulting Group. Currently, they are an Executive Assistant, Executive Director for Vanguard Clinical, Inc.
LaTara Jeffers began their educational journey in 2006, when they attended the Culinary Institute LENOTRE and obtained a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In 2008, they continued their studies at Kaplan University and earned an Associate of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences. In 2019, LaTara obtained two certifications: a Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) from eFoodHandlers\u00ae and a Texas Food Handler Safety certification from TRAININGNOW.COM. Most recently, LaTara has been enrolled in Ashford University to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurship with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
