Todd Hampshire's work experience begins in 1985 when they worked as a Finance Manager & Analyst for Delphi and General Motors. Todd then worked as a Finance Manager at Delphi from 2000 to 2003 before being promoted to Finance Director/Manager, a role they held from 2003 to 2013. During their time at Delphi, they led various financial operations and implemented strategies that resulted in cost savings and improved profitability. In 2013, Hampshire became the Chief Financial Officer at Functional Devices, Inc., where they collaborated with the executive committee and board of directors to plan and execute financial strategies for the company. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as a Financial Consultant at RobertHalf before joining Vanguard National Trailer in 2017 as a Financial Consultant, and later as Finance Director in 2018.
Todd Hampshire received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Wabash College, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Business at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, from 1983 to 1985.
