Kent Nelson

Kent Nelson is an experienced Display and Packaging Designer based in Kansas City, Missouri, with a career spanning over two decades in the packaging industry. Currently employed at Vanguard Packaging since March 2019, Kent specializes in creating production-friendly designs for various local, regional, and national accounts. Previous roles include significant positions at International Paper, Wintech Corporation, Displayhawk Design, Brainstorm, Incorporated, The Strive Group, Bennett Packaging, and E and E Display Group, where Kent contributed to diverse design projects and managed client relationships. Kent holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from The University of Kansas and an associate degree in Drafting Technology from Johnson County Community College.
