Monica Spooner

Monica Spooner has accumulated significant work experience in the field of payroll and HR. Monica began their career as an HR Intern at Whataburger in 2013 before transitioning to JR HR Generalist at Hill Country Holdings LLC, d.b.a. Ashley Furniture Homestore. In 2014, they joined Hill Country Payroll as a Payroll Specialist and remained in that role until 2016. Since then, Monica has been employed at Vanguard Resources, Inc., where they initially served as an HR Generalist before advancing to the positions of Payroll and Benefits Specialist and Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

Monica Spooner completed their high school education at Gregory-Portland High School from 2004 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Later, they pursued further education at Texas State University-San Marcos from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
